2. Service Guarantee

We commit to:

  • Providing exceptional service and availability via phone or web meetings throughout the planning process.

  • Meticulously planning your special day(s) with the utmost care and dedication.

 

3. Business Process & Relationships

We maintain rigorous business processes and trusted relationships with resorts and travel vendors. This enables us to offer seamless travel experiences and create a serene wedding atmosphere for our clients.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform—including text, images, graphics, logos, and software—is the intellectual property of Wedding Plan 360 LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

5. Terms of Sales for Brides & Grooms

Wedding Plan 360 LLC assists brides and grooms in obtaining the necessary services from resorts and vendors to realize their dream wedding. Our team guides and facilitates the process to achieve the desired results.

 

6. Vendor Relationship and Responsibility

We collaborate exclusively with trusted, vetted vendors. Wedding Plan 360 LLC partners with independent, third-party vendors to provide services related to your wedding and travel. These vendors are not employees or agents of Wedding Plan 360 LLC and operate under their own terms and conditions.

While we vet and recommend vendors based on experience and quality standards, Wedding Plan 360 LLC:

• Does not control vendor operations, schedules, or deliverables.  

• Is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or failures by vendors.  

• Makes no guarantees regarding the availability, performance, or quality of vendor-provided services.

Any claims, disputes, or issues concerning vendor performance must be pursued directly with the vendor.  

 
 

7. SMS Messaging Terms

To keep you informed about bookings, reminders, and promotions via SMS, we require your explicit consent and follow these guidelines:

  • Opt-In Consent

    • You must be 18 years or older to consent.

    • By providing your phone number and clicking send, you agree to receive SMS messages from Wedding Plan 360 LLC.

  • Message Frequency

    • You may receive up to 5 messages per month. The actual frequency may vary based on bookings and promotions.

  • Costs and Data Rates

    • Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

  • How to Opt Out

    • Reply STOP to any marketing message to unsubscribe.

    • After opting out of marketing messages, you may still receive essential transactional alerts (e.g., booking confirmations) unless you opt out entirely via your account settings or by contacting us.

  • Help and Support

8. Insurance Coverage

Wedding Plan 360 LLC maintains general liability and professional liability insurance to protect our operations and clients against claims arising from negligent acts.

However:

– Wedding Plan 360 LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, delays, cancellations, or additional costs resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, vendor failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.  

– We strongly encourage clients to obtain their own comprehensive wedding and travel insurance to cover cancellations, personal losses, or liabilities not addressed by our coverage.

Please review your individual insurance policy for specific terms, conditions, and limitations.

 

9. IATA Membership

We are a registered member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Our IATA number is 11644021, reflecting our commitment to industry standards and ethical travel practices.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Plan 360 LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility thereof.

 

11. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services are governed by the laws of the United States. Clients agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

12. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services—including website content, features, or travel packages—at any time without prior notice or liability.
