Initially experienced in Marketing and Software, Hari saw a huge gap in the way couples were being treated and sought after a mission to do better. After planning his own 325-guest destination wedding at the Hard Rock in Cabo San Lucas (2023), Hari set out to make the process simpler and more affordable for other couples. He’s passionate about designing extravagent one-of-a-kind experiences and finding creative ways to save couples money—without sacrificing the magic.
Sagar Thakkar — Co-Owner & Director of Operations (South Asian Specialist)
With 16+ years in the industry—particularly in the South Asian wedding niche—Sagar knows every detail from décor and equipment to logistics and entertainment (yes, even the dhol). He’s energized by big ideas and even bigger dance floors, and he brings hard-earned know-how to every celebration.
Manuel Rivera — Communications & Resort Relations
Formerly a resort manager at a top destination-wedding property in Cabo (hosting 3–4 weddings per week), Manuel is our communications specialist. He keeps timelines tight, ensures resorts respond promptly, and leverages a deep network—sales managers, room-block coordinators, and on-site teams—often on a first-name basis.
On-Site Team
At the destinations we serve, our optional local on-site team supports setup, coordination, and day-of execution when you want in-person assistance. Consider them your calm in the middle of the party.
In the Resort Planning Team
