Price Matching at Wedding Plan 360 LLC
At Wedding Plan 360 LLC, we are committed to providing our clients with the best value for their wedding plans. If you find a lower price elsewhere for the same wedding package, we are pleased to offer a price match, subject to certain terms and conditions.
Please be aware that while we strive to accommodate all price match requests, we reserve the right to deny a request if it does not meet our Price Matching terms and conditions. Additionally, any approved price match will be subject to the current rates for any additional changes or modifications.
We can only match prices for wedding packages and associated services. We are unable to match prices for insurance, special promotional terms, or add-ons such as honeymoon packages, additional services, or other incentives. All standard Wedding Plan 360 LLC booking policies apply when price matching.
When can I submit a price match request?
You may submit a price match request within 24 hours after booking your wedding package with Wedding Plan 360 LLC, provided it is more than 20 days prior to your wedding date.
If submitting a price match request after 24 hours, the initial deposit made will be forfeited, and a fee will be added to your new reservation.
Please note that price match requests submitted after the final payment date will not be permitted.
Only one price match per wedding package reservation will be approved.
Criteria for price matching:
Your price match request must be submitted within 24 hours of booking your wedding package with Wedding Plan 360 LLC and more than 20 days prior to your wedding date.
The lower price you’ve found must include the exact same elements (e.g., wedding venue, package inclusions, guest count, dates) as the package you booked with Wedding Plan 360 LLC.
Your reservation must not have been made as part of a contracted group booking.
The lower price you’ve found must not be exclusively available to members of a specific organization, group, or loyalty/rewards program, and must not include discounts such as AAA, military, or senior discounts.
The lower price must be for a refundable or flexible rate, not a non-refundable or semi-flexible rate.
The lower price must be from one of the following US-based companies or websites:
www.weddingplan360.com and/or www.venue.weddingplan360.com
The official website of the wedding venue
Other eligible wedding planning websites or companies (please contact us for confirmation).
How to submit a price match request:
Step 1: Book your wedding package with Wedding Plan 360 LLC and submit your deposit.
Step 2: Reply to your “Booking Confirmation” email (received after deposit submission) within 24 hours with your price match request. The email must be sent by one of the individuals listed on the reservation.
Include the following information in your email:
Total price of the competing offer including all taxes and fees.
Wedding venue name.
Package details (e.g., inclusions, guest count).
Wedding date.
Number of guests.
Current date and time.
URL of the competing offer.
Any additional services or add-ons included in the competing offer.
Step 3: A Wedding Plan 360 LLC representative will review your request and contact you regarding its approval.
I’ve booked my stay and want to make a modification, what happens to my price match?
Price matching can only be done at the time of booking. If you have already secured your reservation with a price match and now want to make a modification, you will lose the price-matched rate, and your reservation will be adjusted to the current pricing at the time of the modification.
I’ve booked my stay and found a lower rate online, can I still price match?
Price matching can only be done at the time of booking. If your reservation has been secured for over 24 hours, we would need to cancel your current reservation, resulting in a loss of the initial deposit amount. Then, we will help you create a new reservation, place a new deposit, and submit your price match.
I’ve booked my stay WITH INSURANCE and found a lower rate online, can I price match?
We can only price match the room rate and comparable transfer costs – we cannot match insurance offered by another site/carrier, as coverage varies between policies/providers.
Price matching can only be done at the time of booking when the initial deposit is placed, and must be completed within 24 hours. If you would like to price match after securing your booking, we would need to cancel your current booking, which would forfeit the insurance you purchased on the reservation. If you wish to still have insurance, you can repurchase it on the new reservation at 75% of its original cost.
Please note that to confirm the price match with insurance, you will need to submit the new insurance payment within 24 hours of when your price match is approved. This does not apply to bookings with insurance purchased through a third party (e.g., TravelGuard).
Additional Information to Note:
Price matching is not allowed for groups with contracted rates.
Some restrictions may apply (e.g., non-refundable rates, special promotions, booking window too close to travel).
Price matches are only approved at the time of making the original booking. If you need to make any modifications to a price-matched reservation, you will be subject to the current rate and any price match will be forfeited.
Price matches with a $1,000 or 40% differential or more of the current price are subject to further review and are not guaranteed.
Wedding Plan 360 may decline a price match request due to reasons beyond our control.
